Brae Burn Golf & Country Club!

The community of Brae Burn is located just North of NE 24th Street at 182nd Avenue NE in beautiful Redmond, Washington. It is close to Lake Sammamish, Idylwood Park, Marymoor Park, Overlake and Redmond Town Center shopping, and Microsoft headquarters. The community was developed in the late 1960's and early 1970's. It is a community of 93 homes built around a private 9 - hole executive golf course. In addition to the 93 homeowners there are up to 40 Associate Members and several Emeritus Members. This neighborhood also has a clubhouse and swimming pool that along with the golf course are for members and guests only.

Brae Burn has openings for Associate Members who are referred by current members.  Associate Members enjoy use of the golf course, pool, and community social events, including clubhouse rental for private events.  For additional information, please contact .

Brae Burn Members only:  Please log in so you can browse the entire site and check out all of the features, such as reviewing the community calendar for activities and reserving the clubhouse, downloading community documents, viewing the photos in the photo gallery, or taking a survey.

If you need to register, go to "Members" and then click on "Register".  On that page please read the instructions for registration guidelines.  You must already be a member of Brae Burn to register.

Realtors and Escrow Companies can access Brae Burn HOA Documents by clicking on "Information" in the menu above, then click on "Documents", and finally "HOA Governing Documents".  When the page opens, click on the + sign and you will find a listing of our governing documents, the "Transfer of Title Fee Policy (effective April 2019), monthly dues acknowledgment page and other information for prospective homeowners.

Requests for seller information for escrow takes several days to process.  Please plan ahead and give 5 days turn-around time. Please contact our bookkeeper at for further information.
